” The first time I worked with Justin I was blown away at the amount of work he was able to produce in such a short period of time. And not just work for the sake oh volume but each idea, design or execution was a new concept or a new way of looking at the problem. You’ll never need to ask “did you try this?” Because chances are he has. If it wasn’t in what he was presenting it was because he gave it a try and didn’t think it was good enough. This work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to his craft was something he brought to every project he did for me. Anyone can buckle down and put in some extra work here or there but I got this from him every time. That’s just Justin. And aside from taking direction well, having a great “can do” attitude, not having an ego, and working great in groups or on his own he’s also just a great guy. My dad once told me “no one is going to hire anyone they wouldn’t want to hang out with” and I’m reminded of that every time I get to work with Justin.”
